You may request access to and correction of your personal information, withdraw consent where the law allows, and complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. Quebec residents also have the rights in Law 25 (including, where conditions are met, de-indexation, portability and an explanation of certain automated decisions) and may complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec. GDPR rights may also apply because the trader is established in Germany.
