You may withdraw within fourteen days of conclusion without giving reasons.

Refunds are made within fourteen days of receiving the notice, usually via Stripe for “Sold through Link” orders.

This is ongoing digital-service access. Starting to use the platform does not by itself end the right. If you asked us to start early and then withdraw, a proportionate charge for the service already provided may apply.
