You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded (Art. 6:230o BW).

To withdraw, tell Nova Uni UG, Sirius Businesspark Industriestrasse 13 63755 Alzenau, email support@nova-uni.com, in a clear statement (letter or email). You may use the model form; it is not required. Sending the notice before the deadline is enough. You may also use any online withdrawal function on the site (Art. 6:230oa BW, where provided).

If you withdraw, we refund all payments without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving the notice, using the same payment method unless you agree otherwise. For orders marked “Sold through Link”, Stripe as merchant of record usually refunds to the original method. Questions about course access go to us.

This contract is for an ongoing digital service (learning-platform access), not a one-off file delivery. Starting to use the platform does not by itself end the withdrawal right. If you asked us to start during the cooling-off period and then withdraw, a proportionate charge for the service already provided may apply. A one-off supply of digital content not on a tangible medium ends the right only if you gave prior express consent, acknowledged the loss of the right, and the trader can prove it.
