Data processing agreement

Nova Uni UG (Sicher durchs digitale Leben) is the controller for family purchases on www.nova-uni.com. Parents buy learning access in their own name; no separate data processing agreement is required for that.

Schools and organisations

If a school or other organisation uses Nova Uni and provides us with personal data of its own data subjects (for example pupils or teachers), we will enter into an Art. 28 GDPR data processing agreement on request.

Email support@nova-uni.com with the subject “DPA / Art. 28 GDPR”. Include the organisation, a contact person and an approximate user count. We will send the agreement for signature.

What we process in that case

Typically account data, class or group assignment, learning progress and support records — only as far as the organisation sends us those data to perform the contract. Technical and organisational measures are described in the privacy notice.

Hosting: Vercel Inc., 440 Terry Avenue North, Suite 200, Seattle, WA 98109, USA (https://vercel.com). Consumer checkout payments go through Stripe as merchant of record and are not part of a school DPA unless the organisation itself bills through us.
