Block and Report

When to block?

  • Profile → Block; blocked users can no longer message you.
  • Leave the server if moderation or content is not appropriate.
  • Decline friend requests instead of accepting them out of 'politeness.'
  • For spam: block and report to the server mods.
  • Check your DM settings again afterwards (turn off server DMs).

When and how to report?

  • Message/Profile → Report → choose the appropriate reason.
  • Always report phishing links and fake Nitro, and do not click on them.
  • Use official Discord support for account takeovers.
  • Take screenshots before content is deleted.
  • In cases of harassment or blackmail, seek external advice.
