Because we are established in Germany, the GDPR applies to this processing (Art. 3(1)). We process account, order and learning-progress data to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), to meet legal duties (Art. 6(1)(c)) and, where needed, for security and abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(f)).

You may also have rights under the privacy law of your country of residence. This notice does not limit those rights.

Hosting: the site and application run on Vercel Inc., 440 Terry Avenue North, Suite 200, Seattle, WA 98109, USA (https://vercel.com). Technical connection data (IP address, timestamp, user agent) may be processed.

Payments: new paid orders are processed by Stripe as merchant of record (“Sold through Link”). Stripe handles payment, receipt and fraud-prevention data. We store only the transaction references needed for access, support and accounting.

Parent and child accounts store the data needed to perform the contract (email, display name, course progress, test results, certificates). Child accounts are created by the adult purchaser. Additional child-privacy rules at your residence may apply; this Global shop is not written as a country-by-country child-privacy programme.

Retention: accounts and progress for the contract term plus a reasonable follow-up period; receipts and tax records for statutory periods; support messages for as long as the matter and possible claims require.

Your GDPR rights (access, rec/rechte. Lead supervisory authority at our seat: the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. You may also complain to the authority of your residence where the law allows.
