Diritto di recesso

This page covers two different situations. Read the part that applies to your habitual residence. Buying on this Global / INT storefront does not, by itself, give you an EU/EEA withdrawal right, and it does not take one away if you already have it.

Part A — Consumers habitually resident in the EU or the EEA (Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in your country; in Germany, BGB §§ 312g, 355).

To exercise the right, inform us (Nova Uni UG, Sirius Businesspark Industriestrasse 13 63755 Alzenau, email: support@nova-uni.com) by a clear statement (for example letter or email). You may use the model form below; it is not required. Sending the notice before the deadline is enough. You may also use any online withdrawal function on the site, if and when it is offered.

If you withdraw, all payments are refunded without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving the notice, using the same payment method unless you agree otherwise. For orders marked “Sold through Link”, Stripe as merchant of record usually refunds to the original payment method. Questions about course access go to us.

This contract is for an ongoing digital service (learning-platform access), not a one-off file delivery. Starting to use the platform does not by itself end the right. If you asked us to start during the cooling-off period and then withdraw, a proportionate charge for the service already provided may apply. The early-loss rule for one-off digital content applies only if a separate content-supply contract is agreed, you gave prior express consent, you acknowledged the loss of the right, and we can prove it.

Part B — Consumers habitually resident outside the EU and the EEA

The EU/EEA 14-day distance-selling withdrawal right does not apply to you merely because you used this Global / INT storefront. You are not being asked to waive an EU right you never had.

After access has begun, Nova Uni does not provide refunds solely for change of mind. That is a commercial policy. It yields where a statutory withdrawal, cancellation, cooling-off, refund or other mandatory consumer right at your habitual residence applies.

If you believe such a right applies, write to Nova Uni UG, Sirius Businesspark Industriestrasse 13 63755 Alzenau, email support@nova-uni.com, with your order details and the legal basis you rely on. For “Sold through Link” orders, Stripe as merchant of record usually processes any payment refund to the original method.

This Part B does not affect your rights if the digital service is faulty, not as described, unavailable, or otherwise does not conform to the contract.
