Terms and conditions
These terms govern the contract between Nova Uni UG (Sicher durchs digitale Leben), Sirius Businesspark Industriestrasse 13 63755 Alzenau, Germany, and the consumer who buys learning access on www.nova-uni.com for the Italy storefront.
The trader is established in Germany. German law applies, excluding the CISG where permitted. Mandatory Italian consumer protections — in particular the Codice del Consumo, including the digital content and digital services rules — still apply if you live in Italy (Rome I, Art. 6).
The product page is not a binding offer. The contract is formed when you complete checkout and we confirm by email or activate access, whichever is first. The contract language for this market is Italian; the Italian text prevails if the interface language differs.
The subject is a digital service: time-limited online access to the child and parent areas, courses, videos, interactive questions, tests and certificates. Access lasts 12 months unless the product page says otherwise. You do not receive permanent ownership of files. Videos and texts are part of that ongoing service, not a one-off download.
You need a common device, a current browser and a stable connection. Material functionality and interoperability are shown before payment. The service is supplied continuously during the access period.
The price is the amount shown at checkout, including taxes as displayed. New paid orders go through Stripe Managed Payments and may appear as “Sold through Link”. Stripe is merchant of record for that payment and issues the receipt. Nova Uni remainsthe path on the Stripe/Link receipt. Access questions: support@nova-uni.com.
Conformity: the service and content must match the contract during the access period (Codice del Consumo, Arts. 135-octies et seq.). You may require conformity, a price reduction or termination where the law allows. Updates needed to keep the service in conformity will be provided during that period.
You have 14 days from conclusion to withdraw (Art. 52). Details: /widerruf. Because this is ongoing platform access, starting to use it does not by itself end that right (CJEU 9 July 2026, C-234/25). If you asked us to start during the cooling-off period and then withdraw, a proportionate amount for the service already provided may be due (Art. 57(3)).
An adult must place the order. If the learner is under 18, the purchaser confirms they are a parent, guardian or otherwise authorised and will supervise use as appropriate.
Access is personal. Content may not be copied, published, resold or shared with unauthorised third parties.
Nova Uni is fully liable for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, only for essential duties and foreseeable typical loss, without prejudice to mandatory Italian consumer rules.
//ec.europa.eu/conshttps://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies. We have not appointed a named conciliation or mediation body and are not obliged to use a particular ADR procedure unless the law requires it. If you live in Italy, Art. 66-bis gives you the courts of your residence or domicile.
