Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within fourteen days of conclusion without giving reasons (Art. 52 Codice del Consumo).

Tell Nova Uni UG, Sirius Businesspark Industriestrasse 13 63755 Alzenau, email support@nova-uni.com, in a clear statement (letter or email). The model form is optional. Sending before the deadline is enough. You may also use any online withdrawal function on the site, if and when it is offered.

Refunds are made within fourteen days of receiving the notice, usually via Stripe for “Sold through Link” orders. Access questions go to us.

This is ongoing digital-service access, not a one-off file delivery. Starting to use the platform does not by itself end the right. If you asked us to start early and then withdraw, a proportionate charge for the service already provided may apply (Art. 57(3)).
