Right of withdrawal
This is a one-time purchase of 12-month platform access. It does not automatically renew and is not a subscription. There is no federal 14-day cooling-off right for this ordinary online digital purchase. The FTC 3-day Cooling-Off Rule does not apply to sales made entirely online. We do not give United States buyers an EU statutory withdrawal right.
Nova Uni offers a voluntary refund for 14 days after purchase only if protected course content has not been used. “Used” means that you or the course user opened a lesson, played a course video, downloaded materials, or began an exercise or quiz.
After that first use, we do not refund for a change of mind. You keep any remaining unused time in the 12-month access period; unused time is not a reason for a refund once protected content has been used.
This policy does not limit rights if the service is defective, unavailable, or materially different from its description. If access cannot be provided, we will fix it or refund the amount paid for what we failed to provide, as the situation requires.
To ask for a voluntary refund or to report a defect, email support@nova-uni.com (Nova Uni UG, Sirius Businesspark Industriestrasse 13 63755 Alzenau). Name the order email, the date of purchase, and what you are asking for. Sending the email within the 14-day unused-content window is enough for the voluntary refund request.
For orders marked “Sold through Link”, Stripe as merchant of record usually refunds to the original payment method. Questions about course access go to us. We aim to process an approved voluntary refund without unreasonable delay after we confirm that protected content was unused.
You do not need a model EU withdrawal form. You do not lose a US statutory cooling-off right by using the platform, because that federal right does not apply to this checkout. Using the platform can end the voluntary change-of-mind refund, as described above.
